🔰 Documents to be brought to get “Citizen Certificate/Chairman Certificate/Character Certificate”   



➡️ Photocopy of your NID/Passport/Birth Registration.  


➡️ Photocopy of NID card of both father and mother.  


➡️ Photocopy of House Chowkidari Tax Receipt.  


➡️ Electricity bill paper in the name of father/mother/grandfather/grandmother/self.  


➡️ With an active mobile phone.

🔰 Documents to be brought to get "Family Certificate / Warish Certificate",   


➡️ Photocopy of your NID/Passport/Birth Registration.  


➡️ Death Certificate. (only For Warish Certificate)


➡️ Photocopy of NID card of both father and mother.(if any)  


➡ Photocopy of House Chowkidari Tax Receipt.  


➡️ Electricity bill paper in the name of father/mother/grandfather/grandmother/self.  


➡️ Photocopy of NID card of all family members.  


➡️ With an active mobile phone.

🔰 Documents to be brought to get "trade license",   


➡️ Self NID photocopy.  


➡️ 1 copy passport size photograph.

🔰 Documents to be brought to get "Certificate of Same Name/Certificate of Annual Income/Certificate of Transfer of Address/Certificate on any subject",   


➡️ Photocopy of your NID/Passport/Birth Registration.  


➡️ Photocopy of NID card of both father and mother.(if any)  


➡️ Photocopy of House Chowkidari Tax Receipt.  


➡️ electricity bill paper with name of father/mother/grandfather or grandmother.  


➡️ In case of same name attestation, name proof document/NID/Passport etc. should be brought along.  


➡️ In case of annual income verification, proof of income should be brought along.  


➡️ In case of proof of transfer of address, electricity bill and tax receipt must be brought along.  


➡️ With an active mobile phone.
